In most cases, orders placed will be dispatched within 2 working days, and then delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders outside the UK & Non-UK Mainland, including BFPO address.
We aim to dispatch orders daily with exception to weekends & bank holidays. At peak times such as Christmas we cannot guarantee your order will be dispatched the same day as the order was placed, but we will endeavour to try our very best!
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our courier services, nor can we be responsible if you have gave us an incorrect shipping address or asked to leave with a neighbour and not received your parcel when we have the delivery confirmation.

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event you are ever unhappy with your purchase, we at Flutterbyes want to make sure it is put right. You can simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition, packing
and any enclosed documentation within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving the returned item we will endeavour to refund you within 5 working days.
Item(s) will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item(s) must be returned to the address specified in the delivery note to us in its original condition, packaging and any enclosed documentation.
The item(s) purchases is your responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the item(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. However, please get in contact with us first prior as we may be able to provide a returns label or send you out a replacement without you needing to return the item.
Alternatively, any online purchase are able to be returned to any of our stores.
