We dispatch orders every day except weekends and Bank holidays,we will do our very best to dispatch orders we receive before 3pm each day on the same day. Sometimes due to very busy periods this is not always possible, orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day except from Saturdays and bank holidays and then goods will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.
When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely.
(Please return the goods in their original condition, do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey)
We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.

For our local customers products can be returned to your local store, you must return the product in its origional condition along with your packing slip as proof of online purchase, in all cases where a refund is due this will be credited onto a debit card and not cash.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED

If an item is damaged in transit to you and this is clear on arrival do not sign for the delivery. It will then be returned to us.
If you have signed for the delivery and realise it has been damaged contact us. 
We will advise method of returning damaged item to us. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. As soon as we receive the item we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
(Please note weekend notifications will be dealt with on Monday).

IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY

Please notify us within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We will advise method of returning damaged item to us. As soon as we receive the faulty item we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.

IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item. Please return the item within 7 days stating reason, order number and date. Amount of refund will take into account the rights of cancellation ,the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to us except by prior written (email) agreement with Flutterbyes. Any resending of goods is likely to incur our standard delivery charge.

INCORRECT ITEMS

Oops we will either refund the item or send a replacement as soon as we have received the incorrect item back. We will pay the postage cost if it is indeed a mistake on our part.
