I am just writing to say a really big ‘THANK YOU’ to the Flutterbyes team!
 
I fell in love with a wooden sign that I had seen on your site several weeks ago – I was in the process of buying a house and knew that it would be perfect for my new home. Not wanting to jinx the house sale, I had been holding off a while…until when I checked again last week – it was no longer available. I rang the Bromley store to see if they had one and they told me it had sold out but suggested I ring Bluewater to see if it could be sent over. I was so relieved to find that Bluewater did indeed have one left and they sent it over to the Bromley store overnight for me to collect on Saturday morning. I am so grateful to everyone who helped me locate the sign and just so impressed with the service that I received from both stores. You simply do not get this kind of service anymore. Thank you all very much for the excellent service and beautiful sign – which does indeed look as perfect in my new home as I had imagined!
