Delivery
We use Royal mail for all of our deliverys , this offers our customers a fully tracked delivery service and hassle free returns, which enables all our customers to shop with confidence:
- Fully tracked delivery: Delivered within 2-5 working days £3.95
- Orders over £50.00 Delivered within 2-5 working days FREE
Unfortunately we do not dispatched orders outside the UK, including BFPO address.
We aim to dispatch orders daily with exception to Sundays & bank holidays, at peak times such as Christmas we cannot guarantee your order will be dispatched the same day as the order was placed, but we will endeavour to try our very best!
We use Royal mail to dispatch all of our orders, all orders are tracked as soon as they leave our premises, We will inform you of the tracking number so you can also track your order.
Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch conformation email. If after this point your order still hasn’t been received please contact us and we will look into this for you.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal mail.
RETURNS
We really hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from Flutterbyes however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14-day returns policy.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange with you to have your order returned and either a replacement sent out free of charge or a full refund issued.
If you wish to return an order because you have changed your mind unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit so we ask that you please retain proof of postage when returning an order to us. If you decide to return your entire order to us within 7 working days of receiving it, inline with the distance selling regulations we will also refund your initial postage and packaging charges.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to issue all refunds within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We will email you to confirm when the refund has been issued.
